    i'm home at seven twenty nine
    all i hope that everything would get in line
    i really thought the new year would bring change
    but it all now seems so out of range
    to actually think that i'm celebrating new year alone
    Could only to wonder what i have condone
    my Christmas wishes was not on my side this year
    in hopes it would not leave me tears
    I lay in my room this very new years eve
    to only wish for you to never take your leave
    If only everything could rewind
    back to where we started, when everything was fine
    You will always be my one and only starshine
    all the memories i had with you, would not be left behind
    Even if i tell you i would love you till the stars do not shine
    would i ever stand a chance to make you mine?
    Well i guess i could only say this much
    as i always yearn for your touch
